- Once we have received your payment, we will send you a PASSCODE via WhatsApp for you to proceed to the next step - Gathering Information & Design Elements.

Digital Invitation Card Order Form
Please fill out the Digital Invitation Card Information & Design Elements Submission Form below and provide us with all the information and design elements/requirements you want to include in the digital invitation card.
- The form comes with the "save and continue" feature. Therefore, you don't need to rush to fill up all the information in one go. Remember to save it before you leave here.
- When deciding what information to display on your digital invitation cards, remember not to clutter the card with too much information that could confuse your recipients. Only show the information that your recipients will find valuable.

Digital Invitation Card Information & Design Elements Submission Form
Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we will allocate a workforce and resources to work on the mock-up of the digital invitation card per your information and requirements. You’ll receive a link to your mock-up digital invitation card within seven working days.
Please review the mock-up to see if it fits your requirements within three working days.
- During this phase, you may perform a usability test on all the functions on your e-invitation card, review the contact information, and experiment with it as a recipient.
- Please comment on it for further modification or approve it if it fits your needs.
As soon as you are satisfied with the designs and functions, we will proceed with generating the digital invitation card for you with its unique link within five working days.
- Before the handover, please pay the remaining payments for the digital invitation card.
- Your 1st-year subscription will start from the day we hand over the link to you.
- We'll send you a reminder at least two months before your invitation card expiration date every year.
For digital invitation card orders of 21 cards and above, you enjoy a 5% DISCOUNT for EVERY CARD.
For bulk orders, the lead time will be longer. We endeavour to fulfil customer expectations, so we won’t rush things out that could result in lowered levels of quality. Let’s arrange for further discussion about the delivery time.
We create the digital invitation card according to the information you provide (i.e. your contact information, images, video, etc.). We store and host all this information and design elements on our server, safe behind a secure security environment. The initial set-up cost for digital invitation card creation includes the first year of hosting. To continue holding the digital invitation card, you must purchase the Renewal for the subsequent years.
The Renewal of a digital invitation card includes the following:
- We will store and host your digital invitation card on our server for another year.
- You are entitled to 2x Info Change (i.e. change in the event name, venue, event date, contact details, etc.)
- It does not include changes in design, layout and functionalities.
- We charge S$39 for the amendment fee when you hit the 2x info change quota.
